Mail Courier Services - FLCC

The County of Ontario, on behalf of Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC), is soliciting quotes under RFQ Q26099 for professional mail courier services. The selected vendor will be responsible for the daily pickup and delivery of inter-office mail and copy work orders between the main campus in Canandaigua and four other campus centers: Geneva, Viticulture and Wine, Victor, and Newark. The current service schedule is two days per week, specifically Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting January 8, 2027. Performance requirements include a main campus pickup window between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, with outbound deliveries to campus centers completed by 8:00 PM the same day and inbound deliveries to the main campus completed by 12:00 PM the following business day. Equipment specifications include the use of 21 by 23 inch lockable courier bags and 9 by 12 by 11 inch corrugated cartons, with a maximum weight limit of 25 lbs per unit. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM on November 16, 2026, and should be submitted via the County's eProcurement portal, email, or paper filing. The award will be granted to the lowest responsive bid, provided the vendor is an established manufacturer, authorized dealer, or vendor. Submission requirements include a completed Quote Proposal Form, a Vendor Questionnaire, a W-9, a non-collusive statement, and a notarized statement on sexual harassment.
