Infusion services shall be expanded beyond the initial scope to support all UT Health San Antonio clinical departments and specialties. This includes, but is not limited to, the Departments of Medicine (Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Rheumatology), Neurology, Pulmonary, Otolaryngology (ENT), Ophthalmology, Primary Care, and other medical and surgical specialties. Infusion and injectable therapies will primarily support non-malignant conditions and may vary in complexity by specialty.
