Maintenance training will cover airframes, PT6A powerplants, and tactical gear. Interested respondents must submit a capability statement and a completed capability matrix detailing their operational locations, fleet availability, and instructional capacity. The government is seeking input on the most cost-effective contract structures, such as firm-fixed-price per student or a monthly retainer with variable costs per flying hour.
