The Federal Bureau of Prisons, through USP McCreary, is soliciting quotations under solicitation number 15B12026Q00000006 for quarterly subsistence supplies including bread, eggs, dairy, and other food products to be delivered to FCI Jesup in Jesup, Georgia, beginning July 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2026. Bread will be ordered weekly as needed. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 311999 with a size standard of 700 employees, and only small businesses may respond. The Government will award a firm-fixed-price contract, potentially to one or multiple offerors, using price as the primary evaluation factor, weighted more heavily than past performance, with the award going to the offeror whose quote is most advantageous.
