Full Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (USP) McCreary, intends to issue solicitation 15B12026Q00000006 for Quarterly Subsistence, specifically including requirements for Subsistence, Bread, Eggs, and Dairy products. This requirement falls under NAICS code 311999 (All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 700 employees. Delivery of these food products is scheduled to begin July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, (Bread will be a weekly order placed by the Facility as needed) to FCI Jesup, 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, GA 31599. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract and reserves the right to make a single or multiple awards. In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) initiative, the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, using price and past performance as evaluation factors; price will be weighted more heavily than past performance.
