The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-West), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Ft. Sam Houston, TX, is issuing this Sources Sought notice to find potential sources to provide Lid-Label Cover Sheets and Medi-Cup Blisters (breakdown below) that are compatible with the Medi-Dose Information Labeling Technology (MILT) software at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA Ft. Sam Houston, TX.
Requested supplies:
• MD240A Lid-Label Cover Sheets - Blue Dot Circular Blisters - 375 units
• MD200A Lid-Label Cover Sheets - Blue Dot Oval Blisters – 300 units
• MD415 Medi-Cup Blisters - Green Circular 11/16" - 8 units annually
• MD425 Medi-Cup Blisters - Green Circular 3/16" - 310 units annually
• MD445 Medi-Cup Blisters - Green Oval 3/8" - 174 units annually
• MD405 Medi-Cup Blisters - Green Circular 3/8" - 50 units annually
• MD435 Medi-Cup Blisters - Green Circular 1" 20 -units annually



The Period of Performance (PoP) will consist of one (1) twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option years, from 1 Oct 2026 - 30 Sep 2031.



The Government will use responses to this notice in formulating its acquisition strategy. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regardless of submissions.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 323111, Commercial Printing. The Small Business Size Standard is 650 employees.

Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL.



All questions MUST be in writing and should also be directed to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at emails indicated above. In all correspondence, please reference Medi-Dose Labels in the subject line. Verbal questions will not be accepted.
Interested Offerors are asked to answer the following questions and submit the following information with their capability statement: 1.
