The University of Waterloo is seeking a media monitoring and outreach distribution platform to support institutional reputation management, strategic communications, and internal reporting. The platform will be used primarily by the Media Relations team within University Relations, with limited additional users in Advancement and External Relations. The platform must provide timely access to relevant media coverage, support flexible reporting, meet Canadian and University of Waterloo privacy and security standards and provide the Initial Term at no greater cost than the total of the 3 year budget maximum. The University of Waterloo invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for the Media Monitoring and Outreach Platform in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one (1) supplier that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.
