The contractor shall provide all labeled containers, manifesting, and final disposal as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 562112. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $47 million in average annual receipts.
