The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) proposes to enter into a contract with Meso Scale Discovery, LLC, Rockville, Maryland, on a basis of other than full and open competition. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested, the Government shall consider capability statements.


The requirement is for a service contract for the Neurotrauma Department's MESO QuickPlex® SQ 120 immunoassay system that processes biological samples so that they can assess protein levels in a variety of tissue samples. The specific and efficient processing of samples is a requirement for ensuring consistent and accurate data analysis to ensure the best possible research quality.  Specifically, the following services are needed:


1. MesoAdvantage Plan - Academic - SQ120MM / Catalog #:SAAAA-1 / QTY: 1 YR.


2. Additional Preventative Maintenance Service-QuickPlex / Catalog #: SA3XA-1 / QTY: 1 EA.
