This notice is hereby posted to comply with the requirements set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subsection 8.405-6. The U.S. Department of Education (Department) has completed the evaluation of quotes submitted in response to solicitation EDEICM16Q0005. Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) No. EDEICM16A0001, in the ceiling amount of $10,000,000.00, and Order No. EDEICM16F0025, in the evaluated amount of $1,308,198.20, which was awarded on 24 June 2016 to: Minburn Technology Group 10113 Minburn Street Great Falls, VA. 22066-2512 As required by FAR Part 8, a Limited Sources Justification was executed in order to permit the use of brand name requirements, specifically Microsoft licenses, so as to satisfy the Department's software licensing needs. The Department posted the solicitation, to include the Limited Sources Justification, to all interested parties by means of the U.S. General Services Administration's e-Buy web portal and received 2 quotes that resulted in the award of the above cited BPA and Order, to include all services/deliverables.
