A cleared Customer Success Account Manager serves as the single point of contact for service delivery and escalation management. The contract mandates strict SLAs including a 15-minute response time for Severity 1 Azure outages and requires submission of a Quality Control Plan within 30 days of award. The contractor must comply with CMMC requirements, including annual self-assessments and reporting CMMC UIDs through the Supplier Performance Risk System, and adhere to DoD and Navy OPSEC and Risk Management Framework standards. Invoicing is exclusively electronic through WAWF, and all submissions must be sent via email to designated contracting personnel by the August 6, 2026 deadline in Microsoft Word, PDF, or Excel formats.
