- The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey; and
- Any costs associated with the market survey submittal are solely at the interested vendor’s expense.

1. This market survey is for the Renovation of D11 Building 219
a. Disclosure of the Size of Construction Projects: This potential project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000
b. Work to be accomplished for the D11 Building 219 Renovation includes but not limited to the following:
ARCHITECTURAL:
- Replace all exterior door weatherstripping
- Repaint exterior door assemblies and door frames
- Replace building interior finishes
ELECTRICAL:
- Replace existing receptacles
- Upgrade building's interior lighting and controls
- Upgrade building's exterior lighting and controls
- Upgrade building exit signs, egress lighting, and controls
- Support mechanical HVAC upgrades. Update electrical disconnects, conduits, breakers, and conductors to support new equipment
- Upgrade the building’s emergency power system
- Upgrade the existing fire alarm system to a new code-compliant system utilizingthe latest Simplex 4100ES panels with new addressable detection and addressable notification devices.
MECHANICAL:
Upgrade the existing heating hot water system
Replace the supplemental mini-split systems serving rooms
Replace the existing air handling unit
Replace existing ducts
Upgrade the existing ventilation system
PLUMBING:
Upgrade the domestic hot water system
Upgrade the existing plumbing fixtures
2. Market Survey Response should include the following:
- Type of services provided by firm,
- Size and type of services provided on previous government/private sector contracts
- Number of years in business - Small Business Size Status to include applicable small business socio-economic status (WOSB, SDVOSB, 8(a), etc..)
- Current SAM.gov Registration status and SAM.gov UEI
