Supply or Service Classification: [25] Contract Number: [M67004-01-D-0005] Bid Opening or Response Date: 01/19/04 Contact Person: Lou Chavers, Code 891, +1 (555) 000-0000, Contracting Officer, Larry F. Pendley, Code 891, +1 (555) 000-0000 MCLC Albany GA is currently executing year five of a five year contract (years 2 though 5 are options). MCLC Albany will increase the contract ceiling to reflect a more accurate estimate of the amount that will be exercised for the contract, given the unanticipated increase in Marine Corps needs for Option Lot III and IV in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I and II. This action will increase the ceiling from $19,344,318.00 to $30,550,664.36. All other conditions remain unchanged. A new procurement for this effort will be advertised at a later date and shall result in a new contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive p roposals. A written response shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement.
