Mobile Containerized ISO-7 Airworthiness Servicing System (ACAN)

The Department of National Defence is procuring a single, factory-integrated, turnkey Mobile Containerized ISO-7 Airworthiness Servicing System as a complete operational asset consisting of a 20-foot ruggedized ISO shipping container converted into an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment and a dedicated Isuzu-powered diesel generator. The cleanroom container, identified by part number LAS-POD-1-ISO7-20, must feature an integrated environmental control system with a ceiling-mounted HEPA Fan Filter Unit achieving at least 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 microns, maintain internal conditions of 20°C ±3°C, and include non-porous, oxygen-safe interior surfaces. The paired generator, model DGK25F, must deliver 22 kW standby and 20 kW prime power with dual output capabilities (120/240V single-phase and 120/208V three-phase at 60 Hz), a 50-gallon fuel tank, 110% secondary containment, and sound attenuation. The entire system must be transportable as a single unit using forklift pockets and corner castings for crane lifting, flatbed towing, or tactical air transit via military aircraft such as the CC-177, with no structural disassembly required. It must be fully insulated, all-weather rated, and ready for immediate deployment via a plug-and-play electrical interface requiring no licensed electrician for setup.
