Full Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 8, Denver, Colorado, needs to have work cubilces modified. The contractor shall modify the existing Herman Miller cubicle frames and associated parts listed below such that the cubicle height will be reduced from 61 1/2" to 45 1/2". -24" frame piece , Quantity 20 each -36" frame piece , Quantity 30 each -48" frame piece , Quantity 25 each - 4-way connectors, Quantity 15 each -2-way connectors, Quantity 10 each -Draw Rods, Quantity 70 each In order for work to be considered acceptable, the length of the modified frames and the position of the holes therein must align with existing panels such that the component parts can be used to construct cubicles of 45 1/2" height - without further modifications. Price must include pick-up and delivery to the Denver Federal Center , Blds. 94 West 6th Ave & Kipling St. Lakewood, CO 80225. A site visit will be held on May 21, 2014, at the Environmental Protection Agency 1595 Wynkoop St. Denver, CO 80202. The purpose of the site visit will be to allow interested vendors to view an existing cubicle and one that has already been modified. Vendors wil be able to take measurements and ask questions at that time. Quotes will be due on May 30, 2014. This is a small business set aside. The NAICS will be either 337214 or 332710 both of which have a size standard of 500 employees. Award is anticipated soon after quotes are due. Work must be completed no later than June 20, 2014.
