Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for offers to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” mowing and grounds maintenance services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. The SOA will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $2,135,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $700,000.00 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 1,000.00 and $ 40,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $40,000.00.
