The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to enter into a sole source contract with Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems Inc. for an upgrade to the Maritime Patrol Reconnaissance Software Suite. This effort focuses on the Intelligence Broadcast Service Common Message Format processing for the Advanced Tactical Airborne System installed in P-3C aircraft.
