MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF PROVOST NO. 52 2026 ROTARY CUTTER WITH HYDRAULIC OFF-SET HITCH TENDER The M.D. of Provost No. 52 is currently accepting tenders on one (1) of the following: ❖Extra heavy duty, 15’ Industrial Rotary cutter (Schulte XH-1500 Series 5 Industrial or equivalent) ❖High horsepower gear boxes with oil level sight glass ❖Heavy duty drive lines with full safety shields ❖1000 R.P.M. P.T.O. ❖High torque, self-adjusting slip clutches ❖3 section deck with fold up wings. Wings shall have double acting hydraulic cylinders, and be plumbed to fold with single hydraulic ❖5” heavy duty grass/brush blades ❖The 4 Main frame section tires are to be foam filled and suitable for highway transport, the 4 wing tires are to be laminated ❖Specification Checklist: listed in Appendix A, attached. Acceptance of tender will be contingent on availability of the product, and suitability of the product to meet the M.D. requirements as per the specifications and checklist sheet. Failure to complete checklist with submission may invalidate tender. These factors will be weighted at 40%, with the tendered price weighted at 60%. Price is to be quoted F.O.B. Provost Public Works Shop, and GST is to be included and/or clearly annotated. Tenders are to be clearly marked “2026 ROTARY CUTTER TENDER” and submitted no later than 12:00 noon, Tuesday, January 27, 2026 and addressed to: Tyler Lawrason, Administrator M.D. of Provost No. 52 Box 300 (4504 – 53rd Avenue), Provost, Alberta, T0B 3S0. Only hardcopy submissions will be accepted (no faxes or e-mails).
