The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for a professional contractor to deliver a finished product, performing all necessary work and diligence with the authorities having jurisdiction, for the repavement of Casa de la Moneda Street, located in the Miguel Hidalgo. The pavement along Casa de la Moneda is significantly deteriorated due to age, heavy load traffic during NEC construction, inadequate drainage, and repeated patching after utilities installation. The current road condition has led to safety hazards, vehicle damage complaints. This project proposes a full pavement reconstruction to restore structural integrity, improve driving conditions, and extend the service life of the roadway.


The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be stated in the solicitation.


All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov  prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
