The Internal Revenue Service (IRS)- Office of Information Technology Acquisitions (OITA) intends to award a sole source contract for brand name NetFusion Athene software license renewal and support with: NetFusion, 2610 Gold Mine Road, Brookeville, Maryland, 20833. Enterprise Services is requesting this brand name specific NetFusion Athene software maintenance renewal. This requirement is needed to enable Enterprise Services to perform system capacity and system performance studies for all Tier II systems. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of a 12-month base period with two (2) 12-month option periods as follows: Base Period October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 Option Period One (1) October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 Option Period Two (2) October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023 The NAICS code is 541519.
