ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Development Authority of the North Country  317 Washington Street, Suite 414 Watertown, New York 13601-3744 PH: +1 (555) 000-0000   Notice to Bidders Procurement ID: 30-082124   The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the NETWORK EXPANSION PROJECT TO EXPAND THE AUTHORITY’S TELECOM NETWORK IN NORTHERN NEW YORK FROM KEENE NEW YORK TO JAY NEW YORK IN ORDER TO SUPPORT ADVANCED COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES FOR NEW YORK STATE ELECTRIC & GAS (NYSEG) an AVANGRID Company.   Important Dates:     November 29th by 1:00pm:  Question Period Closes (no later than 7 days prior to bid due date) No questions will be accepted after this date. Answers to questions will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days prior to the bid due date.
