2.1 The County of Riverside Purchasing, on behalf of Transportation Land Management Agency Department (TLMA) – Aviation Department, is soliciting quotations for ONE (1) STIHL RZ 560 K SERIES GASOLINE ZERO-TURN MOWER OR EQUAL as detailed in this RFQ. Delivery shall be made to Murrieta, California. Mower must be new and unused and delivered to the location as noted in Section 13 with a full fuel tank and all applicable documentation such as user’s manual, warranty information, etc. 2.2 Note: Should Bidder submit a substitute product from what is requested, County reserves the right to request a demonstration of the equipment prior to committing any award. The demonstration and evaluation will include a review by County to confirm if equipment meets the fit, form and function of the specifications. Any proposed substitute product must be manufactured by a well-established, reputable company with a proven record of product reliability and long-term parts availability.
