Gym Addition The gym addition will be approximately 14,000 sq ft (100’ x 120’ large space, and 20’ x 100’ attached lower ceiling space) and will include: - One full-size regulation basketball court - 6–8 rows of retractable bleachers along one side - An attached lower-height add-on (approximately 20’ x 100’) including: - Entry vestibule - Approximately three (3) restrooms - Custodial closet - Three (3) large storage rooms accessible from the gym (one of these rooms could be converted to dressing room stalls, no showers).
