New/Unused Chevrolet Tahoe Pursuit Rated Vehicle (2025 or Newest Available)

The County of Orange, through OC Public Works, is seeking three new or unused 2025 or newest available Chevrolet Tahoe Pursuit Rated Vehicles under solicitation IFB-080-3072801-RN, with a total contract value not to exceed $240,000. Vehicles must be equipped with a 5.3L V8 gasoline engine, 10-speed automatic transmission, and preference is given to white or silver exteriors. Each vehicle must include three key fobs, all accessories as required by the California Vehicle Code, and undergo standard new vehicle “make ready” service with all fluids filled to manufacturer specifications. Full DMV documentation for California registration must be provided upon delivery. Delivery is required within ten business days after contract execution to 1102 East Fruit Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701, and the Contractor is responsible for all transportation, handling, insurance, and logistics including arranging lift trucks if loading docks are unavailable. Bids must be submitted electronically through the County’s eProcurement portal by June 5, 2026, and must include a complete set of mandatory certifications: Company Legal Name and Status, Federal and UEI Taxpayer IDs, active California Secretary of State registration, SAM.gov clearance dated within seven days of the bid deadline, valid D-U-N-S number, Certification Regarding Debarment, Non-Collusion Declaration, and compliance with the Levine Act. Contractors must also submit a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, with insurance policies issued by insurers rated A- or higher by A.M. Best and waiving all subrogation rights against the County. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a five percent bid preference applied to certified OCLSB or DVBE bidders, capped at $100,000, though awarded contracts to such bidders will be at their original bid price. Invoices must reference the contract number and taxpayer ID, be submitted on company letterhead, and comply with net 30-day payment terms after County approval. The Contractor must maintain records in Orange County for three years after final payment and is subject to audit at any time during the contract term. Acceptance of vehicles requires written approval following a 30-day inspection period, and the County retains the right to return previously accepted units at the Contractor’s expense if deficiencies are found.
