Tidelands Oil Production Company is proposing a recompletion rework of a single existing well, identified as FX-23 (API #0403702759), located within the Wilmington Oil Field at the Piers of the Port of Long Beach, California. The primary objective of this project is to address well integrity issues, improve injection, and optimize production.
