Full Description

The Government intends to issue Solicitation N65236-03-R-0410 as a sole source commercial item contract to Systems Research & Development (SRD), Las Vegas, NV for the purchase of Non-Obvious Relationship Awareness (NORA) software, Group - 1, support services, SRD shall provide information technology, engineering services, and production licenses to support Horizontal Fusion program efforts. SRD is the sole developer and manufacturer of the NORA software. This software provides real-time relationship awareness between obvious and non-obvious relationships among people and organizations. The NORA software is compatible with high end SUN Solaris servers as a data warehouse and analysis server. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The applicable NAICS is 541511. The anticipated period of performance will be approximately three months.
