This RFI is solely for gathering information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or guarantee of contract award. Interested parties are requested to provide detailed company information, employee count, statements of interest, feedback on the NMR waiver applicability, and capability statements demonstrating their ability to fulfill the contract requirements, including relevant past performance from the last five years with contract details.
