NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to:

It is the determination of the U.S. Government that Birdon NE is the only source reasonably available to provide the required storage and winterization of a 47' Motor Life Boat (MLB), asset 47251, pending final disposition.

The justification for this sole-source action is detailed in the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC #52000PR260025578). The vessel is currently located at the Birdon NE facility, having been moved there for a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) evaluation that revealed extensive hull damage.
