The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a sole-source basis to Dynapower LLC. The proposed action is for Autodesk's software maintenance renewals for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Interested parties may identify their interest to this requirement by submitting a capabilities statement no later than April 20, 2022. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by April 20, 2022 at 12:00 PM EST will be considered by the Government. Any questions must be received via e-mail by April 15, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries should be directed to Steven Besanko at contact@example.gov.
