The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Timesavers LLC, Address: 11123 89th Ave N, Maple Grove, MN 55369 for the purpose of procuring a 37-inch widebelt sander. The FBI already has a 37-inch widebelt sander from Timesavers LLC and since we require periodic maintenance and repair on the sanders, purchasing another Timesaver machine would mean that one company could service both machines. Otherwise, we would need separate service calls - costing more money, security issues, escorting time, etc. This notice will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration's beta.sam.gov website (www.beta.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the beta.sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 333243, Sawmill, Woodworking, and Paper Machinery Manufacturing. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1).
