PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE ORDER Contracting Office Address Department of Commerce, NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service, Auke Bay Laboratories, Ted Stevens Marine Research Institute, 17109 Pt. Lena Loop Rd, Juneau, AK 99801. Description The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the City of Saint Paul, Alaska for heating Fuel No other company are known to provide fuel in this location. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Quotes. This notice of intent is for information purposes only, therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. All sources eligible to provide this supply must respond in writing, response must be supported by clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide services for products outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. If no responses are received, within 15 days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable services are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these services through a sole-source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
