The Fort Bliss/Carson Health Contracting Branch, Fort Bliss, Texas and Fort Carson, , Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source Contract to Cardinal Health 414, LLC. under the authority of Title 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.103-1 sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. To provide radiopharmaceuticals and cold kits to the Department of Nuclear Medicine, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325412, and the size standard is 1,300 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date.
