The U.S. Embassy Brussels intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to History Associates Incorporated, under the authority of FAR Part 6.104-2 for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and removal of a temporary exhibit at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
This requirement supports U.S. Mission to NATO strategic communications on Allied defense investment and the defense industrial base. The identified vendor, History Associates Incorporated, possesses unique capabilities, prior experience, and knowledge necessary to perform this requirement within the required timeframe and under the strict security and access constraints associated with NATO Headquarters.
