Notice of Intent to Increase the Ceiling of Contract N66001-16-C-4047

This is a Notice of Intent to Increase the Ceiling of Contract N66001-16-C-4047 to Adventium, awarded by SSC Pacific on behalf of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Defense Sciences Office (DSO) on 21 June 2016 for a performance period of 25 months (13-month base and 12-month option). The effort under the contract is in support of the DARPA DSO Program, Complex Adaptive System Composition And Design Environment (CASCADE) and involves innovative research that will enable and demonstrate new design capabilities for complex adaptive systems. The added effort shall define, formulate and demonstrate robustness and resilience system of system architectures. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541712 Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology). Due to the nature of Research and Development efforts, DARPA DSO could not have reasonably estimated the results and/or need for additional research under this program. This action includes a ceiling increase of approximately $105,000 with no extension.
