Full Description

This is a notice of intent to increase the ceiling of IDIQ Contract HHSP233201500185I to CW Government Travel, Inc., awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Acquisition Management Services (AMS) on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) on May 29, 2015. The IDIQ performance end date is May 31, 2017. The increase is needed to account for the transfer of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) transaction workload that is currently being processed on ARMY-USMC contracts, to this USMC contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561510. The DTMO could not have foreseen this transaction change, as it is a direct result of the United States Army, transitioning to an automated reconciliation process that limits the Centrally Billed Accounts (CBA) use to Army only travelers that are entered in the Army Defense Travel System. This action includes a ceiling increase of approximately $692,969.20. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes and will be posted for 5 days. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may submit comments in writing to Contract Specialist, Margo Katzper via email at margo.katzper@psc.hhs.gov.
