Full Description

This is a notice of intent to extend the ordering period of contract N65236-00-D-7810 through 17 May 2007. The proposed no-cost modification will be issued on a sole source basis to Rome Research Corp., Rome, NY, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, as the current contractor is the only know source available to satisfy the agency’s need. The contract is for engineering services for software-based radios and support of first responder critical communication interoperability solutions. The current contract value is $9.9 million, which will not be increased by the proposed modification.
