The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, within a specifically delineated area bounded by local municipal lines and natural features. The required space must be contiguous on one floor, between 7,400 and 7,500 ABOA square feet, located on the second floor or above but not on the top floor of the building. The lease term is fifteen years with a firm commitment of 120 months, and the space must include 30 surface parking spaces. The proposed building cannot house certain agencies such as immigration, probation, public defenders, or social services, and must not be within 1,000 feet of sensitive locations including residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehab centers, or daycare facilities. The leased space must comply with all government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and sustainability, and must not be situated in a designated floodplain. The current lease for the government’s office and associated space in Bridgewater is expiring, prompting consideration of alternative spaces if cost-effective and meeting requirements. The government will evaluate alternatives by considering relocation costs such as moving expenses, replicating tenant improvements, and telecommunication infrastructure, as well as potential operational downtime. This notice is not a solicitation or request for proposal, and the government will not reimburse any costs related to responses to this notice. Interested parties must submit expressions of interest by June 12, 2026, including detailed building information, floor plans, parking arrangements, offered square footage, rental rates, and proof of owner’s authority. Contact for submissions is Lease Contracting Officer Johnetta R. Haire.
