--Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The ERDC Contracting Office plans to award a sole source contract to Actidyn Systemes, located in Trappes, France, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement follows Simplified Acquisition Procedures due to the unique nature of the requirement; Actidyn Systemes is the original designer, constructor, and installer of the centrifuge control system needing replacement, and no other source can meet the agency’s needs for the necessary repairs.
