The National Park Service intends to negotiate and award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Native Sun Productions LLC, under the authority of 13.106-(b)(1) One Only Responsible Source, for the editing/production of two movie trailers using content from the film "Long Knives." Native Sun Productions, LLC owns all rights to edit, reproduce, and create derivative works from "Long Knives." THIS NOTICE IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. THIS NOTICE IS NOT CONSIDERED A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. No contract will be awarded on the basis of information received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the contract may be awarded without further notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information related to the potential availability of other sources that can fulfill this requirement must be received by the Contracting Officer listed below via electronic mail at contact@example.gov no later than 8:00 AM Eastern Time on August 26, 2016.
