Award Notice

The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, acting on behalf of the Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions, has awarded a sole-source bridge modification to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. for $79,315,988 to continue system integration, testing, implementation, operation, and sustainment of the Navy’s Naval Standard Integrated Personnel System capabilities. The modification, issued on May 13, 2026, extends the existing contract N00039-23-C-0002 by one base year with four additional three-month option periods, ensuring uninterrupted support for critical personnel systems. This action was taken under statutory authority permitting sole-source awards when only one responsible source exists, as defined by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and implemented per FAR subpart 6.103-1. The work will be performed under the oversight of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command headquartered in San Diego, California, with primary point of contact Virginia Boyanton available for inquiries.
