This determination was reached following market research and coordination with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, confirming that no other sources can provide the necessary datasets. The acquisition is being managed by the FBI-JEH office in Washington, DC, and is being processed as a limited competition simplified acquisition in accordance with federal acquisition regulations.
