The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Siemens Industry. The requirement is for the purchase of the following services: maintenance and testing services critical to circuit breakers inclusive of the following: inspection, lubrication, cleaning, resistance measurements, arc-chute removal inspection, erosion check, and testing equipment. Please refer to the redacted Performance Work Statement for further details. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 ? Commercial and Industrial Machinery Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, and the business standard size is $12,500,000.00.
