NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform the Government’s intent to issue a Sole Source award as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. TIMS 2000 SP medical cart has been in use by Speech and Pathology at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System for several years. The TIMS medical cart is at end of cycle and needs to be replaced with a new system. The TIMS 2000 allows providers to capture dynamic images of oral pharyngeal and esophageal phases of the swallow diagnostics as well as therapeutic purposes. The OEM, TIMS Medical a division of Foresight Imaging LLC, is the exclusive manufacturer of the TIMS 2000 SP medical cart. Foresight Imaging LLC is the only authorized distributor for the trade in program for the TIMS medical carts. The place of performance is SLVHCS, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The intended Contractor is Foresight Imaging LLC, located at 1 Executive Drive, Suite 202, Chemlsford, MA 01824 USA.
