Full Description

Air Force District of Washington Acquisition Division, Bolling AFB, DC, intends to award a sole source bridge contract to Medical Office Mate for continuity and support of the Air Force mission while the competitve requirement is being processed. Medical Office Mate will provide approximately six months of transcription services, to include but not limited to, digital transfers of interviews and resulting transcripts and non-digital transcription services in varying formats (micro cassette, standard cassette and video formats). Medical Office Mate has indepth familiarity with this process and has an excellent history of past performance delivering this type of service. Therefore, Medical Office Mate is the suggested source to fulfill this requirement. The award will be made on or about 23-25 April 2008. This acquisition will be a Fixed Price award and the NAICS Code assigned to this requirement is 541611, and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is not to exceed $6.5M. This is a Fiscal Year 2008 requirement and is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds, (Apr 1984). No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
