NS27-131 Sandy City - 2027 Utility Projects

Sandy City is soliciting Statements of Qualification for the 2027 Utility Projects, which involve water and storm drain infrastructure work across five locations within Sandy City and UDOT rights-of-way. The scope includes installing approximately 2,810 linear feet of 20-inch ductile iron pipe at 9400 South, as well as various reinforced concrete pipe installations ranging from 15 to 48 inches at 9400 South and Tramway Drive, Raintree Drive, 9675 South, and Hunt's End Drive. The project also requires the removal of existing waterways, regrading, and the restoration of asphalt pavement, curbs, and gutters in accordance with UDOT and Sandy City specifications.
