The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to complete the work described in this RFP and attached construction documents related to an interior remodel at Lehi Junior High location in Lehi Utah. The selected vendor will work closely with Alpine School District and the project architect to complete an interior remodel. The project will consist of remodeling approximately 6,400 square feet of cafeteria and commons space. The work will primarily consist of replacing ceiling tiles, light fixtures, and HVAC diffusers. There is also some removal of existing wall carpet, which will require some walls to be painted
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
