Rose Park Golf Course Irrigation and Turf Reduction / Nibley Park Golf Course Irrigation

The Salt Lake City Architecture and Construction Management Division is seeking pre-qualified general contractors for irrigation and turf reduction projects at Rose Park Golf Course (Job No. PRK23041) and Nibley Park Golf Course (Job No. PRK26019) in Utah. The scope of work involves the demolition and abandonment of existing irrigation components and laterals without disturbing the playable turf, as well as the installation of new irrigation mainlines, service feeds, laterals, and heads. Additionally, the project requires the excavation and construction of a new two-staged settling pond featuring clay sealed liners, a drivable bottom surface, and inlet and outlet structures, along with the installation of a new pump station and wet well including all necessary electrical work and piping.
