PCMC ON-CALL HVAC SYSTEM REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES - RFP

Park City Municipal Corporation is soliciting proposals for on-call commercial HVAC system repair and maintenance services for approximately 24 buildings across various municipal locations in Utah. The contract is a non-exclusive, as-needed professional services agreement requiring the provider to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. A key requirement for servicing the PC Library facility is the possession of LG VRF system certification. Routine service requests must be addressed within five to seven business days, and contractors are required to maintain detailed maintenance logs for the project manager. Qualified respondents must have at least three years of experience, hold all necessary state and local licenses, and be registered to do business in Utah. Proposals are evaluated based on experience and qualifications (30 points), equipment and resources (30 points), and cost-effectiveness (20 points), with awards granted to all vendors in the competitive range based on their scores. The successful respondent will enter into the PCMC Standard On-Call Professional Services Agreement, which includes a three-day cure period for noncompliance before termination for cause. Payment is processed monthly with a 30-day term, and interest accrues on payments exceeding 60 days.
