Scope, Design, and/or Study with Cost Estimate Remodel current room of building SP91 to create a 12 terminal area authorized to process National Security Information. Design will meet or exceed all standards of a Secure Room as set forth in DoDM 5200.01 V3 pg 45 “VAULT AND SECURE ROOM CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS”. Provide separate Scope, Design, and cost estimate for the remodeling of two areas (RM 119C, and RM 119B) one design will be chosen. All quotes will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), design, and time of delivery. RM 119C Is currently configured as a 54’ x 26.5’ server room with elevated floors (servers have been removed), New design would be for 14’ x 26.5’ to be converted. Removing all existing HVAC equipment and installing new stand-alone units. Build new walls, and secure access as per DoDM 5200.01 V3 pg 45. Install new fiber conduit for NMCI use. RM 119B Is currently configured as a 25’ x 32’ server room with elevated floors (servers have been removed), New design would be for whole room to be converted. Removing all existing HVAC equipment and installing new stand-alone units. Bring walls to specifications, and secure access as per DoDM 5200.01 V3 pg 45. Install new fiber conduit for NMCI use.
