This is an ICAP inspection / validation and generated project and BUILDER generated deficiencies of the building. The scope of this project is to 1]. replace the entire roof and wall panels, roof ventilators, portion of cee & zee purlins and girts, roof edge and corner flashings and trims, cee framings of roll-up doors, plexi-glass windows with trims, wall mounted louvers and trims, sliding, metal and wooden door assemblies and hardware, ceramic wall and floor tiles, vinyl floor tiles and cove base, acoustical ceiling system, sandblasting and paintings, 2] Replacement of Wet Pipe Sprinkler System approx. 4,450 sq. ft. building, 3] Replace men/ women toilet with wall mounted flush valve water closet (1-ea), wall mounted urinal (1-ea), lavatory (3-ea) and 1-ea sink complete with all required accessories, 4] Replace plumbing pipes approximately 70-lf of 1-1/2" inch, 80-lf of 3/4 inch pipe complete with fittings and all required accessories, 5] Replace 6-ea utility set (Industrial Fan Blower) attached to the wall including all supporting accessories located in the service and engine shop, 6] Replace 1-ea In-Line (Ceiling Mounted Exhaust Fan) located interior side of rest room, attached to the dropped ceiling, 7] Replace 1-ea electric stationary air compressor complete with all required accessories, 8] replacement of electrical boxes, conduits, wires / cables and all necessary hardware / components of electrical system of the building, 9] Install 1-ea backflow preventer,install a new lead free 1-1/2" dia RPPA. complete with fittings, pipes and all supported accessories.
