MSR 23336558 DELIVERABLE: CAT-2 IH-DB FY25 per SIOP / James Hart FUNDING: SIOP-RM PROGRAM INFO: FY-24 Q4 SOW: Design and Construct site for Code 250 Paint and blast facility at Keyport. Site provided will have Office Trailer, Tension Fabric Structure installed by manufacturer/supplier. Two 20’x70’ Paint booths and 20’x20’ paint mixing room to be installed inside TFS by manufacturer/supplier. Existing site plan with proposed site extents provided as attachment. • Clear and Grub site of all vegetation and trees , including area up to 10 feet outside of fenceline to West and South and extending current area 40 feet to the north. • Site shall accommodate TFS with paint booths and mixing room, two 10' x 20' hazmat/hazwaste trailers that must be 20' from any other structure, double wide trailer, area for parking two 10' x 40' boat trailers, and area for unloading/loading of trailers by 20T mobile crane, and two portalets . TFS entrances to paint booths will require 20' x 75' clear area in front. Site can be extended to the North only as required. • Remove and dispose all existing containers and material in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and policies • Demolish existing fence and replace with UFC Compliant fence and 2 vehicle gates, extending new fenceline 40 feet north. • Approximate current fenceline perimeter is 582 feet. New fenceline will add approximately 80 linear feet of fencing. • Grade and Compact existing earth on site, including 20 foot wide gravel entrances to South and East, cover with geotextile fabric and compacted gravel, excluding footprint of TFS • Provide and install footings for approximately 90 foot by 85 foot Tension Fabric Structure in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. • Provide and install concrete pad for TFS interior • Provide and install deep sink on TFS pad with hot and cold water and on de ...
